The 29th annual Rethink Healthy Expo, formerly Health Expo, is set to bring the best and widest array of health,fitness products, providers, services, information and experts directly to you and your family.
Health care providers, businesses, and non-profit organizations will be on site providing thousands of dollars offree assessments, advice and information, tests, screenings and services. We cannot make this Expo available freeto the public without their support.
Come. Experience exhibits, information and ideas for eating and exercising your way to good health. Find your fitness groove on the walking track, learn some new dance steps, or take a free aerobics class. Get some new healthy recipes from our onsite dietitian and find out what new technologies and innovations are available to

Since 1979, the Rethink Healthy Expo has been one of the largest free consumer health events in the region. The expo is brought to you by the Alliance for Health, a community coalition dedicated to aligning forces for quality in West Michigan.
